  3. animal abuse, why would a dog want to be seen like that!
  4. get a plastic laminate sheet like the ones you use on a projector. (can buy this at office supply shop) cut shape out of it. (heart). use a bit of masking tape to hold in place on dog. As a template. Then remove to find a perfect heart. They do this on horses as well as dogs. You do not need to get expensive products, use normal food coloring mixed with a bit of vinegar. (Vinegar binds the colour so it lasts a few days longer it can last up to 2 weeks) Food dye is non harmful to them if they eat it. It will not smell like vinegar incase you are wondering. Darker dogs like black the only way I can think of is to use chalk. but it could only be a temporary thing as it will rub off quickly and it would have to be done on their back so they could not just lick it straight off. Hope this helps. :-)
  5. Oh come on! It's a dog! Don't dye it!
