What are some sites that have those Diabetic Dogs (not dogs with diabetes...) for sale?

Boyfriend's mother wants a dog, and she has diabetes that is getting out of control. I know they have those dogs that are trained to assist people with diabetes. Curious if theres a site. I just dont know the official name for them.
