Where can I find a place that wraps stuffed animals in a clear latex balloon?

Something like this: http://www.balloonamals.com/webfiles/webpages/display/plush/mciabby.jpg My husband got me one like this a couple of years ago, but much cuter and it lasted a long time..until my niece popped it!
