Does anyone have any idea on how to make a Dora balloon animal?

My daughter is having her 2nd birthday soon and the theme is Dora the Explorer! My neice who is also the God Mother, thought it would be nice instead of me hiring a clown that she will dress up and do the balloon animals. She is very good at them but she would like to see if anyone has any ideas on how to do a Dora balloon and possibly even a Boots balloon. Anyone with any idea I would appreciate it so much.THANKYOU
