What is a good site to learn how to make balloon animals?

My cousin is having her 9th birthday party on Sunday and we are decorating the room for her. Her mum has requested that we make balloon animals. Since it's gonna be an underwater theme, I need to find some easy step-by-step instructions to make some marine animals. Thanks so much. You are gonna make 20 kids very happy. BTW, I don't want videos.
