How do you keep dust from collecting on stuffed animals so fast?

I collect Mickey mouse things and some are stuffed animals that I like to set out. Is there something that can keep the dust off a little longer?

  1. In my experience the best way to keep the dust away from any collection is to display it behind the glass (shelves with glass doors, or glass cases, for example).
  2. Put scotch guard on them it wont keep the dust off but it will make them easier to keep clean or put them in a Glass case or if you don't have one you can use clear plastic over them
  3. Just stop collecting all that stupid stuff and you wont have to worry about it. Mickey Mouse and all that Disney garbage is just totally dumb. All those stuffed toys are good for - IS TO COLLECT DUST ! So just do your dusting with those dust collectors and at least these ratty things can get some use. STOP BUYING THIS OVER PRICED JUNK ! You do not understand how important these animals are to me. Maybe you should just not answer at all if you are going to leave a mean one. 4. you can either vacuum them when you do your vacuuming, or toss them in your clothes dryer with a damp cloth for a minute or two,no heat cycle, if you have it. if you vacuum, hold a piece of stocking or nylon net over the vacuum hose, so that you do not pull anything from the stuffed toy into your vacuum.
  5. Check the air filter in your house. It should be changed/cleaned monthly to keep the dust minimal. Don't worry about the butt-head that was being mean. Some people think they are being clever when they are insulting others.
