What would be the purpose of resurrecting extinct animals?

- To see how it intercated with the world, and help us understand ourpast
- You could then set them loose and make Godzilla or Jurassic park type movies without having to spend lots of money on the special effects! But really, cloning them would probably be more expensive than the special effects. I have to agree with the previous answer, to study them. I have also heard that scientists have cooked and eaten meat from mammoths that were found frozen in Siberia. It sounds weird, but if it was good, I would like to try that. Maybe we could all eat only cloned meat and then not have to harm any farm animals.
- I which way? Do you mean resurrecting them in the form of their bone structures again or as in bringing them back to life? If you meant the first, it is so we can grasp a better understanding of their lives and how they lived and possibly died. If you meant the latter, I would assume so they would no longer be extinct.
- -To feel the devils age (ofcourse limited scale without any imbalance for present dominant species-the homosapiens). -To find out the reason why Almighty wiped these animals from the surface even before a single human was born. -To see how they 'll look with their flesh n skin on. -May be to create an army of dragons, etc. -To check their loyalty scale towards humans, like a dog, cat or horse (if they let us ride on em). -To reduce exponential rise in human population. -New job oppurtunities for people engaged with them, more and updated documentary stuff for various channels. -Just for a change.
