- You might want to throw a couple of your stuffies in the washer and see how they come out...I have washed my kids stuffies and they came out fine.
- I've washed many stuffed animals in the washing machine on a short gentle cycle. I've also put them in the dyer but it depends on what condition they are in. If they are very worn, they could tear in the machine so you have to be careful. You could also wash some by hand in the bathtub and let them air dry which does take days for them to thoroughly dry out.
- Some are machine washable on a delicate cold cycle. Others are surface washable only, scrub the covering without wetting the inside filling. There should be a tag on the animal which tells you which it is. Washing doesn't ruin the fur, it's the stuffing which can be ruined depending on what's inside.

The ones that charge more clean their equipment better. Go to a newer, nicer, more reputable dry cleaner and trust them to take care of him.
