Famous Photographer who Mostly Takes Pictures of Animals? (Details inside)?

I am doing a photography assignment where we must mimic a famous photographer's style. I'm partial to taking photos of my animals, although I do take others of course, and I was wondering if there was a photographer who also took animal photos. Petography, if you will. I also have to write a research essay about the guy/girl, so please make sure the person is real and someone who won't just have a paragraph on google about him.
