what is the difference between girl horses and boy horses?
I am getting a new curly horse soon and was wondering how girl horses act around boy horses, also in temperment whats the difference. Right now we have 4 boys and no girls. So aren't sure if a girl would work out. An oppinion would be great. Thanks :)

- Well. Ur. Here is the thing. If the Female you are getting, has yet to be "fixed" so to speak. It would be best to keep her away from the Male Horses. o_o Or you will have a little baby running around. x3 Other than that, they should get along with each other okay, as long as they like each other.
- As long as your males are gelded you should be alright, we have four mares and six geldings and everyone gets along fine, I would say introduce them to her one at a time day by day so she isn't overwhelmed though. **I'm not sure where "Tosha" got his or her information but they do not "Fix" mares >.> But again yes I would not stick her in a pasture of stallions.
- In my opinion... Mares(female horses): Cranky little girls. Go into heat. Testy. Stallions(non-neutered males): Slightly wild. Geldings(neutered males): Personally, I think geldings are the best. They are nicer than mares, tamer than stallions.
