Why does McConnell want to protect tax breaks for thoroughbred race horses ?

I didn't even know there was a loophole for horses .

1. Because hes fucking rich and white. Those are the kinds of things rich white people care about.
2. He needs to keep the price of horse semen low. Don't ask why.
3. If it helps the rich McConnell and the Reps are all for it. If it helps the middle class or poor they want to cut the programs
4. The horses earn income when they win a race, making them productive members of society: (and they don't smoke crack..:-)

6. Here in Kentucky the horse industry is very influential and provides many jobs for kentuckians.
7. Silly, horses don't pay taxes. They make too much money to pay taxes. They steal it from the poor left wing liberals.
