I would like to get a maltese and i want it to be between 2-4 pounds full grown .We live in Farmville , North Carolina and if you dont live by there we would like you to ship puppy. Please no high price like 1000 dollars !!! Our budget is 0 - 450 Dollars .... Please email me and send pics if i like your pups

Shelters or rescues usually have puppies, go check a Maltese rescue, or your local shelter! :]
This is not a buy/sell site for purchasing dogs. Besides, it you want a pure bred Maltese you'll have to pay more than $450. Go to your local shelter and adopt a dog. There are plenty of small white fluffies looking for homes.
have a look on breeding websites. as a lot of people are generally desperate to get rid of their puppies! otherwise try some shelters.
Do a search at www.petfinder.com. You will probably find some Maltese puppies/dogs for adoption in your area. Adopt a dog, save a life!
Look on kijiji.com it's a great site and purebred puppies and dogs with registration tend to go at a pretty fair price on there!
Definitely go to a shelter. They are the best dogs and the shelter will help you through the whole life of the dog. You can even find pure breed shelters!
Just FYI. Maltese are very hard to house train, some never are.
You're not getting a well bred maltese for that price. Second no one can guarantee adult size. So your options are pretty much limited to a young adult from a shelter or rescue. Shipping costs range from 275-300 generally and YOU would have to pay that as well.
Please go to your local shelter. I promise you that there are absolute hordes of dogs and puppies that are looking for a loving home. If you are truly set on a maltese, and don't just want a small fluffy white dog (which you can easily find at your local shelter), then try maltese-specific rescue organizations.
