how many different species of animals live in the rainforest? HELP! :]?

Okay, me and my friend need help with finding facts about the rainforest.. these two inperticular.. share your sources too, please. you'd be a great help. How many different species of animals live in the rainforest? Out of those, how many are undiscovered? THANK YOU!! =D

1. About 900,000 if you include all the bugs and all the rain forests.
2. i'm pretty sure there's millions in the rainforest...i tend to watch the discovery channel a lot and i remember overhearing that. how many undiscovered? how do we know if we haven't discovered them? there's probably quite a few though

4. About 60,000 but sometimes some animals die because of POACHERS, CLUMSINESS(you know what happens to George of the jungle) and, trees getting cut down
5. Nobody knows, everytime someone mounts an expedition they discover 15 to 20 unknown species. To quote Rumsfield, "We've got the known unknown & the unknown unknown." Take a guess because if it is over 1,000,000 it is as good as the the next person's guess.
6. Save the environment, reaching environmentally countries like USA, Europe and our coutry India, through UNA..., SAVE OUR RAIN-FORESTS AND WILD-LIVES, precious for all the countries...., much urgent...

8. Tropical rainforests are the most diverse ecosystems on earth. A four-square mile patch of rainforest contains as many as 1500 species of flowering plants, 750 species of trees, 125 species of mammals, 400 species of birds, 100 species of reptiles, 60 species of amphibians, and 150 species of butterflies. More than 50% of the world's plant and animal species inhabit the 7% of the world that is covered in rainforest.
