Free or Low cost Vaccination and Nuetering for Dogs and Cats?

I've tried looking but can't find a legit place in the city of Los Angeles. I live in Highland park. I have a German shepherd puppy of 6 months of age. I need to get him nueter, vaccinated, and get a dog license. and i would like to get him microship. Anyone know any foundations or clinics or shelters where i can get it for free or atleast at a low cost. it' my first time owning a dog, and i want to take care of the things i need to for my puppy Rocko. I also have a cat named Niko he just needs his shots n get nueter. I will strongly appreciate to those that help! I been looking online and calling places but it's a lil too much for me. Cant afford it all. I already spend couple hundreds on this puppy. Thank you everyone!!!

  1. scissors or coathanger
  2. If you couldn't afford it you shouldn't have got him but i wouldn't recommend getting him microchiped because you will have to pay for that more than once so that it works i think its a yearly fee and it is not cheap
  3. To the person answering your question above you are sick you dumb f@$k!! Your local SPCA ( animal control) usually do it for discount prices but you might find one for free too. Just look up SPCA in google and find your area... Lol haven't you watched The Price Is Right when Bob Barker hosted .. "Bob Barker reminding you to help control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered. Bye-bye." last sentence every show
  4. SPCA is a good option. www.spcaLA.com Otherwise, do you have any Petsmart stores with a Banfield Pet Hospital nearby? These are usually low cost and offer a wellness plan where you could elect to pay as little as $34 a month for a year for a puppy plan.
  5. When we moved to Tucson I was looking for low cost vaccinations too and called the local animal shelter for advice on where to get the best deals. Come to find out they had several shot clinics at Pet Smart where I could get vaccinations for $10 a shot throughout the year. Then I found a local spay and neuter clinic that has a walk-in special on Tuesday between 10 and 2 for the same price. I now take the pets there for all the vet care because I like the vet and so do my pets.
  6. Stop spamming with this same question. Again - why did you get this puppy KNOWING you couldn't afford to alter it, get its shots, etc? Shame on you!
