Things to teach little girls about horses?

I've been giving horse riding lessons to two little girls they already know how to do the basics in riding but that's about it. I want to teach them things that will be fun and useful and interesting any help?

1. play some games, like carry something to a bucket and drop into it while on horseback (of course the horse will not be spooky about the noise) or put cones down and have them go around them, figure eights thru them, change up the pattern. Do things that make them think about what they are doing and not just letting the horse take them around the ring. Try some trail patterns and equitation patterns. Have fun!
2. tacking and untacking, parts of bridles and saddles. show how to feed and clean paddocks show proper grooming technique teach some horse safety rules (like no yelling, approach slowly, either walk directly behind a horse-like against its tail and legs, or from 15 feet away to be out of kicking distance.) etc.
