My neighbor has dogs and cats all over the place. The stink comes into my yard with the wind. What can I do?
Animal control has been to their house a few times. There are probably a dozen cats inside. At one time there was a pile of cat liter 3 feet high under a tree. There are also dogs chained to trees in their back yard. I'm wondering if it might help to plant something along the fence between my yard and theirs. But I don't know what to plant. My first thought was honeysuckles, but they don't have that strong smell all year long. Any ideas would be appreciated.

- Go to home depot and ask what has the strongest smell. Call animals control and complain about the problem
- Do you have a gun?
- does your neighbour take good care of the animals? if she doesnt clean up after them report her for animal abuse. i dont think there is a plant that could "kill" the smell, just good hygiene.
- Stop calling ANIMAL CONTROL and put a call into the HEALTH DEPARTMENT instead. The HEALTH DEPARTMENT has much broader powers to deal with his problem because they can force the homeowner to clean up the shyytte.
