Is It haram to hang pictures of animals on the wall?

i know that you shouldn't hang pictures of people but is it a sin to hang picture of animals

2. It is not wrong to hang pictures of animals or people on the wall. It is an action that harms nobody (unless it's not your wall and you're putting nailholes in it or tape that will peel of paint). Having a picture of something is not the same as worshiping it. And I would agree that worshiping something that wasn't a god is dangerous to one's self (in terms of you set yourself up to make poor decisions because of superstitions).

4. In most countries there is nothing wrong in hanging pictures of people or animals on the walls, they are there for decorative purposes and to remind us of the people who were our relatives and friends and the animals our lovable pets.

6. It will be makrooh tahrimi (severely disliked). Firstly due to the sin of the painter for drawing an animate object, and because the angels of mercy will not enter a household where there are pictures of animate objects displayed.
