Can cats or dogs get pneumonia from humans?

I live with dogs & cats and theyre always around me, I have pneumonia...I wonder if I am able to pass on the bacteria to them?

2. no you can not pass it on to your animals. No matter how much they are in your face they can not catch a humans cold.
3. Don't listen to Jeff, you can pass the bacteria to them, and they would end up getting it, but it could more or less...deadly? Yes, so I would keep them as far away from me as possible, hope you get better, and I hope you know that pneumonia scars whichever lung its in.
4. You can acquire several types of bacteria from your animals but not the other way around. Make sure their shots are up to date so that your illness doesn't get worse.
