At what age do shih tzu puppies curl their tail?

My dog, Brook, had 3 puppies last night and me and my dad were wondering when their tail is going to start to curl ? Does it curl when they are born, after a few weeks? When ? Thank you for answering !

1. They are born curled, so if it won't curl, you have 3 curlles puppy's. :P
2. According to the breed standard I just looked at the tails are not curled. They are "carried gaily over the back with just the tip touching"
