what theme should i have for a fancy dress party?

Its my birthday in may and i'm planning a fancy dress party, but i don't know what theme to have! I made a list of themes and got my closest friends to vote out of my top five, but there's been a draw between two. Which one should i have out of: Wild west - people come as cowboys, indians, saloon girls, horses, etc. Masquerade - everyone wear a mask. Girls come in a dress (not like old fashioned dresses but a normal dress) and guys come in shirts and ties
