What countries DO NOT allow small dogs to be moved into them with their owners?

I may be moving overseas to any number of countries (work related). I've heard that there are some countries that have rules about bringing dogs into them, as in, you cannot bring them with you at all. Hoping that I don't have to give them away, I'd like to choose a country that does allow them. These are small dogs by the way (little chihuahuas). What countries do not allow dogs to be shipped into them?

2. all countries all dogs to be imported.. but many have quarantine regulations you will need to check with various countries to find their rules and regulations.
