Where are some good places to find dogs for sale in Korea.?

I'm looking for a good place to find healthy dogs for sale in Seoul South Korea.

1. I found a dog once in a station. (I forgot where it was but somewhere in Seoul.) It has been sold by homeless lady. Pet shop is more expensive but cleaner.
