What are some good horse quotes to use on horse pictures?

I'm going to print many horse pictures to paste them on a corkboard but first i'm going to edit them put some effects using Picnik, but i want to put different horse quotes on them. Please any ideas!!? :) ps: the pictures are basically of horses, wild horses, me on horseback(i don't own a horse :/ ) , horse jumping etc...
