When I was buying a horse I went to horsetopia.com and dreamhorse.com horsetopia rox so try that 1st and jst a tip cowhorses or reining horses are great barrel horses also

There are a lot of reasonably priced horses on Craigslist.com, but you need to be careful and try the horse out and make sure the people are being honest. Also there is Dreamhorse.com , Equine.com , Horsetopia.come , Bay Area Equestrian Network , Equinenow.com , and Equinehits.com. ~2htoohorse~

I got both of my horses from craigslist, and they were free. Funny, one of them was an ex-barrel racer. :D But there are TONS are incredibly well-priced horses on there, and well-meaning people who just REALLY need to sell their animal.
