Where can i find wild horses in Red Dead Redemption?

I've been searching forever for some wild horses but having no luck. Is there a certain place where they're most likely to be??

They're all over the place, if you see a horse w/ no rider/saddle.....chances are it's a wild one Now if you want to know where you can find specific breeds and which ones are the good ones http://reddead.wikia.com/wiki/Horses Also you can't buy the better horses at stores until you've tamed one in the wild. They're usually cheaper in mexcio too (as expected)
