What animals and plants would you find in the ocean?

What animals and plants would you find in the ocean? Could you please give me a few examples of both animals and plants that live in the ocean? And why? I'm not sure about the why part. I need this information for a presentation I'm doing in my Science class about the habitat of an ocean. Thank you very much.

Some plants have flowers that make pollen. Plants need pollen to make other plants. In the ocean, water carries pollen to different plants.
