What are small dogs that look like American Pitbulls?

I've heard of some that are medium size, but I'm looking for one lapdog size. Are there small dogs designed to look like the american pitbull terrier?

3. A dog that looks like an American Staffordshire Terrier, but is smaller is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.....but they are not lapdog size, just a tad bit too big for that.
4. A stuffed animal. If you want an APBT, get an APBT. A mini APBT doesn't even sound right.
