Cross Breeds

help and information on english bulldog puppies?

i am getting one soon but i would just like some more info on them as well as personal expierences, tips and anything you can give me about the breed. thanks!

1. i have been looking at them also they are super expensive and also have tons of heath problems ... please email me if you get it and tell me if you are happy

3. Well they are couch potatoes so if you arent very active they are great. they very sweet, loving, and gentle the only bad thing is that they have a lot of health problems. besides that they are a great family dog!
4. They're very expensive, going rate is $1,500 for a puppy (pet quality, not even show quality) in our area near Chicago. The dogs don't breed well, they have to have artifitial assistance. The breed has major troubles staying cool and breathing in the summer heat especially in humid conditions. If they get too excited they can get a collapsed trachea, which means they suffocate to death. They're also known for obesity, which compounds the bad hip issues in the breed. They get hip dysplasia. Go to google.com and type in 'english bulldog medical problems' to find out what's the most common for them.
5. I have one english bulldog atm he's almost 2 years old now and he is awesome. They don't like the heat to much they are like boxers and a few other dogs in which they have a flat face which leads to breathing problems. They have wonderful personalities. I found that they don't like to exercise a whole lot but they definitely need it they can get fat quick but they LOVE trampolines and skateboards i cant get mine away from them so thats his exercise for the day. IDK if this is true for all breeds but its true for mine.
