What services do you enjoy most from your dogs/cats boarding facility?

I'm a manager at a locally owned pet kennel/grooming shop and was wondering what products/services your kennel offers that makes you feel comfortable with your pet being there. What a la carte services do they offer, prices etc. Thanks!

1. I wish people would answer this...it's a wonderful question. Unfortunately, I don't board my dogs (we have six large kids...would be $$) or else I would have something more helpful to say. However, I used to work at a hospital that offered boarding, and they offered combo boarding: A run was $26/night, and if you had two dogs you wanted to keep in one run they would charge one and a half per night. Another thing they did was they had a "condo" (just a little room...maybe five by six feet, that had a couch, a tv, a window and of course, heating and air conditioning) that went for like $50/night. That was always really popular.
2. I like the web cam that they have in the kennels, so I can check on what my dogs are doing with the click of a mouse. (They're usually sleeping, lol)
