I have been to EVERY horse website there is. I LOVE equin and dreamhorse.com best though :P Any ways from a count on my added to favorites thingy I have looked at over 10,000 horses!!! I know that sounds crazy but if I could show you my favorites thing I would! Honest! And I know that your probably gonna ask "So you didnt find any in all of those horses!?!?!?" And I am saying, none of them have really felt right. You know that feeling where you have a lot of options and you like but dont want any and all of a sudden there is a really special one that you see and you just go "WOW!" Im waiting for that to happen. Its one of those things like love at first sight. Oh and yes EVERY website. I have typed in everything there is for selling and adopting horses on google that when I type something in all of the links are purple not blue. Because after you go to them, they turn purple, so I have been to EVERYTHING!!!

- ...You realise that there are horse ad websites for this type of thing, right? My favorites are dreamhorse.com and equine.com. A 2 year old horse is not ready to be a good trail horse every single day of summer. It is still a baby. And young children should not ride it for fear of their imminent demises. I did not realise that all drafts were clydesdales. Thank you for enlightening me. I shall hereby refer to all horses as Pony, Average Sized, and Clydesdale Lessons are your friend. Two year old clydesdales are not.
- 1. You need to be looking at OLDER horses. A young horse is not going to be well-broke, tolerant of children, or at all suitable for any sort of novice. Your age range should be more like 10-20 years of age. NOT 2-9. 2. This is not an online classifieds. There are plenty of listings online for horses for sale, this is not one of them. Google is your friend.
- If you want a horse that a kid can ride, you should probably change the age from 2-9 to 8-12 at least unless this kid is overly experienced and can control a horse that green, when you say kids I instantly think 4 year old, so sorry for sticking my nose in there. Horses live to be quite old, older horses are brilliant, I wanted a young horse but I'm ever so happy with my 17 year old. 12 is probably a good age if you want something a kid can ride that is still young. I don't have a horse for sale, but check on craigslist, horseyard.com, dreamhorse.com ect. Googles horses for sale in Virginia area or wherever you are.
- many people will lie about their horse saying that it is better than what it really is, giving them calming drugs, saying they are broken when they arent, stomich problems, and lame horses. be carefull when you are buying. A 2/about 4 yo horse isnt normally going to be as trained as you want them to be because many people start breaking at age 2.
- Well sweetheart. The thing is what you are looking for is in a horse that is at least 9 and older, 9being very well trained. You know that horses can live well into their 30's. I would look for quarter horses, no thoroughbreds because they don't have the bone structure you are looking for. Good Luck. I would post some adds, but my browser is freaking out on me. Happy trails!
- Why don't you try the local horse rescue. I work at a horse rescue and a lot of the horses we have are very well trained horses including some jumping horses.
