Where do i find sea horses?-Maplestory?

im an aran and i need to do this quest for nienheart and i need to bring here 50 sea horse horns....so where do i find sea horses......btw im just getting used to mapling so if u call me a noob WHO CARES oh btw if u answer PLEASE tell me how to get there
