where can i find free pictures of animals for my book in which the photographer already gives permission?

like nasa and jet propulsion laboratory allows you to just cite them as a source. you do not need to ask for permission or pay for the photo. is there any sites that do this for animal pictures?

1. There is a big difference between NASA which is a governmental organisation which is totally funded by you the taxpayer and a wildlife photographer who is struggling to make a living. You will very very rarely find any images which can be used in a commercial manner for free. I know of no wildlife photographers who put copyright free images up for use in other peoples books or the like.
