What are a list of dogs that are small and do not shed?
I am looking for a small dog with low shedding. I've been looking all over but all the dogs i like shed.

- all dogs shed, some less than others. poodle is a small dog that is on the low shed.

- Following ladystang's answer, a poodle is a low shedder, we've had her for a couple of years now and ive never seen her hair on the floor or anywhere
- dogs with hair lose hair just as much as we do and it is not considered shedding and nobody is allergic to them because they have different dander. maltese, poodle, yorkie, many mixes, pomeranian(know for being mean and aggressive)
- Here are a few breeds: . . . . . . . . . . . Yeah, ALL dogs shed. ALL of them - except for a xoloitzcuintle, the truly hairless dog. Traditionally, dogs with curly, wavy hair shed LESS - but they still shed. Why do you require a non-shedding animal? Pick up a good vacuum - that's what everyone else does.
- Yorkies and Maltese do not leave hair on your clothes or sofa. They are popular because they "don't shed", but, really they do. You just don't see it. Therefore, they need to be brushed (weekly) to remove loose hair from their coat so they won't have matted places in their coat. I have a Maltese, a Yorkie, and a Chihuahua -- believe me, the Chihuahua sheds a LOT, but not the other two!
- Some low shedding breeds you should look into: Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Bolognese, Coton de Tulear, Havanese, Shih Tzu, Poodle, Bichon Frise, Italian Greyhound, Chinese Crested, Silky Terrier, Miniature Schnauzer, as well as some terrier breeds.
- Hi! Take a look on this link, they are small dog breeds who rank low on the shedding scale. http://lnk.nu/dogtime.com/11nn.html
