why would you even want to know the answer to such a stupid question, who cares???
well you'd need to figure out the average volume and packing efficiency of the dogs and you'll also need to measure the width of the room (also the plural of foot is just feet not feets)
Well, it all depends if the room has any drainage or not. Because once you get over half full all the mutts on the bottom will be squished down to death and their innards will spill out. This clearly changes the dynamic of a possible answer.
It only takes 1 Spoiled bratty untrained Chihuahua to fill a room...because 1 Chihuahua is enough for anyone or anything....
I suggest that you worry more about your spell, grammar and punctuation, than ask stupid questions.

You have not given all the dimensions needed,eg: height*length*width

Just the one, as already correctly pointed out by "Eyes of a Warrior". No-one has ever measured the average volume taken up by a 'chiwawawa', which is not too surprising as it is an unknown breed. Were you to be mathematically-minded you could work out how much water one of your dogs displaces and divide it into the total water volume of your room. A better application of small dogs en-masse would be as a kind of floor central heating system that could be called into different rooms upon demand. If you make them climb up several flights of stairs they'll be emitting 60watts each... more if they have short black coats.
Assume: 4 lb dog 20' by 20' by 15' find volume of the room (20X20)+(20X20)+(20X15)+(20X15)+(20X15)+(20X15)+(20X15)+(20X15) 4 lb dog, squashed takes up a space of 12X12 cube You do the math...!
