What's the point of animals living deep in the rainforest where no person can ever reach them?

If the purpose of animals is to serve people why do they exist in such places? They have no souls and can't go to heaven. They're just there.

2. Luckily, heaven and souls are imaginary. Animal, like us, simply live out their lives as best they can. Try not to look for supernatural explanations. Especially since everything "supernatural" is a myth.

6. Ever heard of extremophiles? Organisms that live in the harshest of conditions. Why? Because they can. Animals (over a long period) adjust to their surroundings and if those surroundings are in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, why should it make a difference if people can reach them or not?
