What do you tip the guys who makes balloon animals?

We were at a restaurant and an entertainer who ties balloon animals came around. They dont charge so I assumed your supposed to tip him? What's a going rate for the balloon guy's tip?

1. I don't tip them. lol.
2. you can tip then but really its free. i worked at rainforest cafe and we had this once a week, you werent required to pay or tip because the company pays for the balloon guy so its not like they are doing it for free.
3. I would ask the management and see if he's hired or if you're supposed to tip. Or the balloon guy himself. I make balloon animals sometimes when little kids are being loud etc. and I want some peace in airports or restaurants and I expect nothing except perhaps the kid calms down a bit lol.
4. Animal crackers or those Hebrew chocolate coins.
