- i like bubba 1. he's a nice size and looks nicer. and only 5 so plenty of time for you and him. im not in to coloureds but he's the Nice's out off the 3. but am from england with love of dressage, so am looking through different eye's. but think would make good jumper. but with out seeing in person. i have to guess. your fav no 3 would be second choice. but i like my horses bigger. at the end off the day see all three and decide. its up to you and there all at a great price.
- Definitely Bubba...you can look at him and he looks really nice...the one that was you fave had too much of a dip, and the 2nd one was a little thin. 1000 dollars is a great deal for Bubba, he is the right one to choose. If you want a jumper, no dipped back. He has a nice straight back, which Is a need to jump well.
- Ok, I am going to be brutally honest here. So please don't get too upset. ( you have every right to be a lot annoyed though, I am sorry ! ) The first horse has no muscle in his legs, his hind quarters are very lax and his spine bone sticks out pretty far on the top of his rump. 1 being the worst conformation and 10 being the best, I would give him a 5. I do however love his face, he has soft (baby eyes) willing eyes. I also love his colour. However I would not pick him if you want to do serious jumping and/or showing. He is more of a lower level novice trainer. ( Great horse for someone who wants to practise training green horses ) Five years old is a great time to start teaching him to jump though ! The second horse seems to have a lot more power. It almost looks like a draft horse cross. She does however need to build up her muscles, I assume they are saggy from being of on pregnancy. Again the spine bone on top of her rump is very easy to see, she needs more muscle. But I sort of like the fact she has had a few foals. It is good because she will have the skills a mother needs. Patience, love and respect. She will also be a good teacher. She is my favourite. ( She is six ? ) The third horse has a beautiful coat and looks super sweet, intelligent and calm. But she has quite a large belly, doesn't seem like she rides english ( yet ! ) and on one of the pictures I looked at of her, her eyes show signs of annoyance and her ears are pinned slightly back, she doesn't look to happy with the saddle being on her. That might just be the view of the picture, I am not sure. She is three so she shouldn't start jumping for at least another year and a half, maybe even 2 years. Which is great if you want to do loads of groundwork and a bit of boring, but very much needed, easy simple work she may not know. If you want a good show jumping horse that will need the least amount of training, go for two. If you want a low level show horse ( a great horse to have fun on though !) or a project horse, go for 1. If you want a horse to be best friends with, have to do a lot of training with ( because she is very young ) and wait a while until you start jumping her ( trust me I have a 3 1/2 year old Thoroughbred gelding/colt ( young but gelded ) and its hard to wait ! ) Then go for number three. Good luck ! Have fun !
- Honestly I like them all. The last one is my fav too, but when was the last time someone rode her? I really like the first one too. Good luck & happy showing. :D
- I like the look of the third horse she sounds fun and looks really good too! But you'd have to be really experienced to train her!
- Is it just me or does the first horse look shorter than 16hands? Might be the pictures, i'm not sure. Second one is a brood mare now, which makes her need more training and work. Thirds belly looks weird to me... was she pregnant in the first couple photos? Overall I liked the first one, but he doesn't seem 16 hands. I really don't know though, i'd really like to see videos of all of them! :)
