There is a short animated film about two hats, that fall in love and two horses that fall in love.?

When i was little, my music teacher would show the class this short cartoon film to us. It was about two horses that fell in love and two hats that fell in love. The two hats were together in a hat store, and the blue hat (which was the boy) was on one side of the store, and the pink hat that was the girl was on the other. The two hats had big bows on them, and the laces were coming off long, the pink hat blew out of the store, and the blue hat wanted her back so he went out and look for her. The pink hat found a girl horse, and the blue hat found a boy horse, the two horses loved eachother, so they saw eachother everyday, the day that the hats were woren by the horses was the day the hats were back together, the horses stayed together, and so did the hats. and they lved happily. Now i need someone to give me a link to that short animated film. My mom loves the film, and wants to watch it agian. She saw it in 1970s, as a little girl. Please help me. Thank you. :)
