Can you help me find a topic for my demonstration speech?

Hi, I have to write a demonstration speech about someting in one of my classes and i can think of anything! I need 3 ideas by monday. I thought of: - How to tack up a horse and thhatts it I would like to do something with rats or horses i have a boy and girl horse and 2 girl rats oh or dogs would be good i have a male and female of them as well. Thanks!

1. how to teach a dog to understand the word ......"sit" how starving your rats will make the stronger of the two eat the other.(cruel)how bout demonstrating how they can find their way through a maze,or the proper way to hold one without getting bit. demonstrate proper grooming tech's on horse or dog either one.
2. How to put a saddle on a horse? You can include having to brush the horse before you put the blanket on, the importance of securing the saddle so the rider doesn't fall off, using a bridle, etc....
3. How to approach, touch, and mount a horse without frightening it or causing it to buck. This information would be extremely useful to people who are not familiar with horses.
