What can I give my best friend for Christmas? We're both girls, 16yrs old?

She's more of a country girl, loves horses and pigs, pretty dry sense of humor and very sarcastic. Remember that I'm not exactly made of money. I want to give her a good gift though. Last year (before I really got to know her) I gave her 2 dead batteries lol. She wasn't amused, but I definitely was! So I want to get a better gift this year.

I know you two are both 16, but why not a horse or pig stuffed animal? You are never too old, and that would be a symbol of your friendship. Or how about a friendship bracelet?

Farming video game? Harvest Moon Another Wonderful Life for gamecube is good. It's old, so it's about 15 bucks, maybe less for used. I like J's answer too.
If you have any nice pictures of the two of you get it framed with a nice mat. She would like that. You could also make her a nice piece of jewlery, you can get beads and supplies at the craft store. A specialized hand made gift is very meaningful. You could make her a CD with your favorite songs that you listen to when you are together. Maybe you could make a "memory box" which contains little symbols representing times that you have spent together. Like for example, if you had a memorable trip to the beach you could get a little tiny sand castle. Put them all in a little wooden box that you paint and decorate yourself. Make a list of clues for each item and make her find them. It is a fun and memorable gift. I did this for my boyfriend for our 3rd Valentine's Day gift and he loved it! I'm sure whatever you give her she will love--as long as it's not dead batteries again :)

this might be on the line to tooo girly but im 12and this is what im doin 4 my bff havin a sleep over a little b4 xmas and having secrt plans to go to the salon where i will give her a 12 dolar gift card so we can get our nails done together (cuz its rare that we ever get our nails done so it will be a fun time and a cute mani)
You could get her some slippers that look like cowboy boots. I have seen them at walmart for less than $10. Or you couljd get her a poster with animals on it, or two ticketes for the movies and then you and her could go togehter. Or you could get her a new shirt, lotion, perfume, jewlery, whatever. Just think about her and things she needs/wants. GOod luck!
