1. I don't know if they are funny voices overa, but there are March of the Peguins, and Disney Nature Earth, and the later movie also does have animals in the movie as well. But if these are not the movies that you are looking for, sorry but these are the only 2 that I can think off the top of my head.
2. "Wild America?" This is the based-on-factish story of Marty Stoufer and his brothers driving across America filming animals, while the kids were just teens. It's a pretty good movie, though I don't think they did cartoon voices. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120512/ I hate when 'Animal Planet" used to add cartoon noises/voices to magnificent nature footage.

4. Maybe "Farce of the Penguins?" it's a parody of "March of the Penguins."
