Do you know of any songs that fit the theme of the wild/animals??

This year for a production that I 'm in at college the theme is going to be the wild/animals. The group is a lyrical dance group and I am planning on choreographing a number for our group but I'm having a difficult time finding a song that both fits the theme, is age level appropriate, and that I like. Any suggestions??

  1. Perfect by Nature-Evanescence Animal City-Shakira Animal City says one bad word but you can clean cut it or edit it if you know how but its a really good song. Good luck!!!
  2. "This is the end" - The Doors
  3. "Return to Innocence" by Enigma. It's a very primal-sounding song that always evokes images of the jungle, at least for me. It is also a really great beat for a lyrical number.
  4. Mary had a little lamb, the three little pigs, sorry i don't know the author.
  5. Well, a few years ago my class had to do a dancing project and we picked a song from "Lion King" the movie. The name of it is "The Lion sleeps Tonight". It has a great beat and it's really easy to dance to. You can just make up moves as you listen to it. This is just a suggestion but you can also make masks if you like. My group was called the "Jungle Girls" for some time following our presentation. It really is the best song I know about jungles, the wild and animals. Good luck!
  6. "in the jungle the mighty jungle the lion sleeps tonight"
  7. The Lion Sleeps Tonight...dont know who sang it.... Guns N' Roses – Welcome to the Jungle "The Bad Touch" - Bloodhound Gang Hungry Like The Wolf- Duran Duran BORN TO BE WILD. - "Steppenwolf "Eye of the Tiger"- Survivor "Closer"- NINE INCH NAILS (HAHA...not really) ANIMALS By NICKELBACK Bulls On Parade- Rage Against The Machine
  8. "Tusk" sung by Fleetwood Mac. Pilobolus used this song for a finale long ago. http://youtube.com/watch?v=B-ty8FFDIjY
