What wild animals can CIB card holding nativie americans own?

Im recently found a hurt baby dear. The local agency in my area told us to just leave it to die. Since im a CIB card holding native american what wild animals may i own?

1. I'd B concerned with it being humanely euthanized. And nobody "OWNS WILD animals"
2. A CIB only states your blood quantum. While it qualifies you for certain 'rights' like Indian Health Service and to possess items of cultural significance, it does not give you any rights to own animals.
