Colorado is trying to pass law about only having dogs, cats,and fish for pets?

well i went to scales and tails today... and there was a paper that was talking about how we can stop this law trying to be passed... the law that is trying to be passed is that we can only have dogs and cats and fish for pets. does anyone know anything about this?

3. That is crazy. What about all the hamsters, rats, mice, bunnies, etc who would become homeless? There is no possible way this will pass, dont worry. I understand the need for a law against ownership of species that are invasive in the area. I live in Florida, and we have huge problems with exotic reptiles being released into the wild. We need a ban on ownership of these species, as they are detrimental to our native wildlife and environment.
