Cross Breeds

What designer breed name would you give your cross breed dog?

Why do people insist their 'designer mutts' are purebreeds? I have 2 cross breed dogs, so I'm not being a snob saying pure breeds are the be all end all. A dog is a dog, it doesn't matter what breed or breeds it is. But when people say the have a pure breed labradoodle, it really pisses me off. It's a mutt! Is it just that these people have realized they've been ripped off paying too much for a dog, so they make up a breed name to cover that up? I have a German Shepherd x Labrador, he is not a 'Shepador', OMG that's funny! I also have a Border Collie x Labrador, does that make her a 'Borderlab'? All of you who have a cross breed dog, in other words, a Mutt, come up with your own designer name for them. This will be funny!

Labollie was my first thought :P You could call it a German Labrador and people will be like "OOOOO an imported Lab!" ;) I dont have any crossbred dogs, but i still wanted to participate :D also, they think they have a "purebred" labradoodle because they bred a labradoodle with a labradoodle. Isnt society just.... stupid?
3. i personally don't think dogs should wear clothes. they're going to mess them up any way
4. My 11 year old Collie/Shepherd cross might be either a Colliherd or or a Shepollie. My Alphie would be totally insulted by any of those 'sissy names' because he is 'just a dog'...and a wonderful dog as well.

7. i have a toy poodle/toy australian shepherd cross. I call her an aussiedoodle:) The american canine hybrid club actually reconizes this cross. They call it an aussie-poo. Kimmie...I would guess a german shepherd/husky, border collie/sheltie, poodle/lhasa apso
8. actually our cross breeds are registrable, sorry. they are called boxweilers, not recognized by Westminster, but AKC will give you papers for them, under working class. but why any one would want to buy a piece of paper for around $175.00 for one, i will never know. even though we are asked to make them, i still wont paper them. they are a cross/mix breed to me.

10. Apparently a Border Collie X Lab is a "Borador". I looked it up one day, since I also have one...I think it is ludicrous. I also have an Australian Shepherd X Catahoula Leopard Dog.....Aussiehoula? Cute! Never in a million years would I call them that--I say "Lab mix" or "Aussie mix"--but I know people with so-called 'designer dogs' that make me sad.
11. ooohhh this is fun. A shihound, a dashound and a shihtzu. hmmm a heelhusky. a red heeler amd a husky. hmmm a AmLaab. American bulldog and a lab cross. idk I suck at this game lol. ohh my dad has a BoxerHound. a boxer and a walker hound mixed. well we think boxer we're not sure.

13. Ok well let's see...Sophie is a Sibe/Gsd/Lab so she'd be...a German Sibador! LOL! And Lily is a Vizsla/Ridgeback cross...so she'd be a Vizback! hehe :) Fun!
14. I own two black and tan coon hounds and one yellow lab. My "designer breed" (ie, mutt) name would be- Coonador Labratan Labracoonhound\lol, I have to be careful though, my black and tans name can be offensive if you word it poorly.

I have a Yorkipoo and i hate when people think that because I say Yorkipoo instead of mutt or mixed breed they think Im referring to her as pure bred I've had horrible comments on previous question how my dog isn't a dog just because she is a Yorkipoo I bought her from a friend and I payed no more for her than I would have at an animal shelter so I don't feel like I over payed. She is the first dog I didn't get from an animal shelter and I recomend shelter dogs over BYB anyday but I bonded with the dog and didn't want to see her go. Anyways Yorkie and Poodle cross breeds are called anything from Yorkie Poo, Yorkipoo, Yo Yo Poo, to Yorkie Doodle.
17. Labrador Ret./German Shepherd Dog - German Lab, DoraGerm Labrador Ret./Chow - Chowador, Labrachow, Chowever.
18. Either a Labrapit, or a Pitador. To me those Designer names just sound silly!
19. I have a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix. A couple months ago I found out that he is obviously a purebred- a purebred Shepweiler. (Yeah... right!) So I guess that would be the designer name if an idiot owned him! Or maybe a Rottshep :)
20. I used to have a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retiever. I had 4 names for his "breed" Great Pyrentriever Great Retrievenees Golden Pyrentriever Golden Retrievenees Personaly, I like Great Retrievenees :)
