Could I do a project with two cats that are entirely different?

I have a cat that is about twelve years old and she sleeps all the time under my blankets and won't come out of my room without freaking out. She doesn't play with any toys and doesn't respond to treats. My other cat is about seven and will run around the house and do whatever she wants. Neither cat likes the other, they constantly fight. Could I really do a project using the two different cats?

1. We would need to know what kind of project that is in order to give you a answer. If it involves doing any kind of specific activity, i wouldn't since your older cat is fragile and needs her rest.
2. Make a get together function at home and introduce each other cats. They will be friends afterwards. or else advice the cats to behave well. right s
