How can i get white out off my breyer model horse?

My little brother covered one of my breyer horses in white out,and it wont come off.I tryed scraping it off,and runing it under hot water,but nothing works.Does anyone know how to get it off?????

1. Have you tried rubbing alcohol?
2. White Out Remover? Yes, there is such a thing; you could also try White Out Thinner. But first, test it on an inconspicuous spot. You could also try letting it soak in warm soapy water. Won't hurt, might help.
3. You could try fingernail polish with acetone. It takes off a lot of stuff. Again try it on a small spot with a q-tip first. Little Brothers!!!!! If you can't get it off then he should "pay" for another one. If he is too little or has no money he should have to do some chores or something for you. It is never too soon to learn there are consequences to your behavior. Saying "Don't do that again!" seldom works. Just a little added info there from personal experience.
