What kind of endangered animals would you like to eat?

If it were legal what kind of rare and endangered species would you like on your plate? I'd like a nice grilled tiger steak or maybe some crispy fried eagle wings, whats your preference?

4. Well, I'm not so sure about endangered, but I came across this website when I was trying to look for some reindeer meat for this one recipe. Insane - the type of things you can buy. The stuff is a bit pricey, but none-the-less... I'm sure people buy it because they surely stay in business. I'm not sure I'd be able to enjoy some kangaroo, though - that just seems a little sad. I love kangaroos, but I'm sure it's no different to an Australian than me eating deer meat. So take a gander! 5. hmm maybe a dod if it were still around. as for kangaroo, they sell it in supermarkets and butchers here, and yes i'm in Sydney, Australia. Quite tasty if cooked right, can be tough. But much better for you than beef. As for deer... yeah I'd give that a pass. Ever tried snake crocodile or emu? not bad either :)
