Is it bad to walk my dog outside in the snow when its 2 degrees F outside?
I just walked my dog outside in the snow in 2 degrees f. She had problems walking after 10 min walking in the snow. How long can a walk her when it gets cold? will the cold hurt her paws? thanks

- um, Idk, Probably theres nothing to worry about
- Dogs can stand being in the cold longer than we can. If you weren't freezing your a$$ off, then your dog probably wasn't either. The cold shouldn't hurt them, just make sure they don't walk on salt. That can make their feet sore.
- Well wouldnt your feet be cold if you didnt have anything on your feet. If its a big dog I understand why u r taking them out. I have 2 little dogs and i use peeeee pads with them.
- Yes, the cold will hurt her Paws. Their Paws are super sensitive so i recommend you get her doggie shoes or walk her somewhere else. Some breeds like the Spitz do better in the snow than others.
- the cold and snow wont hurt the dogs feet. the pads on a dogs feet are like our shoes. If the dog has any problems from it, it would be from the road salt on the street or sidewalk.
