is there a video editor i can download that lets me use my videos from youtube ?

i am trying to make a barrel racing video for my horse using pictures from my computer, and videos i have had taken. i have all the videos uploaded on youtube.com but none of the editors i find will let me use them. most of them have to be saved to my computer to use, but i no longer have them on a camera to put them on my new computer. is there a video editor where i can use the videos i have on youtube ?
